Useful for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates. We provide remote computer support for error messages, email problems, and much more. With our global network of field service techs and engineers, support is always close by. If your computer has high speed internet, can still open a browser and see this site, we can usually fix it remotely. By appointment only. Note: some problems require in-shop repair, during the consultation we will advise you what is needed.
Note: For each remote support service, the 15 minute charge is also the minimum charge. Billing is calculated in 15 minute increments rounded up.
